Shipping:

All in-stock orders are shipped from our Peachtree City, Georgia warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified if an item is back ordered and given an approximate ship date at that time. In some rare instances inventory must be managed properly so shipments may take up to 2 weeks.

We only ship orders to addresses in the United Sates.

We only ship UPS Ground.

RETURNS:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return most any item for credit card refund. Shipping is non-refundable.

Please include the following with your return item/s:

  • Merchandise Return Form you received with your package
  • A copy of your receipt that you printed online. (If you have lost your online receipt, indicate the order number on a separate document ).
  • ALL TIGHTS ARE FINAL SALES. For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are not returnable.
  • Leotards and dance bags must be returned with tags intact. If any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted.
  • Shoes must be returned unworn and in the original unmarked, undamaged box.
  • CDs must be retuned unopened and in original packaging.
  • Merchandise not in condition to sale again will not be accepted.
  • A $5.00 restock charge will be applied to all returned product(s).
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

The package must be wrapped securely. We recommend that you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for return shipping and send the package to the following address:

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for the processing of returns. We will notify you via email of your credit card refund after we have completely processed the returned item.

PAYMENT:
We accept Visa and MasterCard only.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
Once our customer service department has received an order, the order will be processed unless customer is otherwise notified by email.

BACKORDERED ITEMS:
Every effort is made to ship orders complete and on time. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, our online store will inform the you that the product is "out of stock”. Backorders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances. In instances where an item becomes backordered after the order has been placed, a customer service representative will notify you by e-mail.
 

 

CMD DANCE CLASS DRESS CODE - Girls will need a pink leotard, pink tights and pink ballet slippers. Black tap shoes are needed for the Tap-Ballet classes. Long hair should be pulled away from the face. Please dress your child at home if they have a morning class. BE SURE TO LABEL ALL DANCE ATTIRE.
