ABOUT US

CMD is known for its outstanding programs working with the preschool age child. After 23 years of success, CMD has pulled together a team of specialists in Kinesiology, Movement therapy, and sports recreation to develop a program for the EARLY development of sports and fitness. Developed by experts in Kinesiology and sports instruction, our programs are the perfect vehicle for parents who want to foster their child's physical development, team attitude, and self confidence. It is a highly acclaimed program that promotes balance, strength, coordination, left & right skills, and gross motor skills. The instructor/coach starts class with proper stretches and strengthening, leading into fitness activities that are crucial to overall development. The students learn to work together in fun activities that include balls and many other strategically motivating and educational materials. Since movement is the base of all learning, the program is designed for the early development of such needed gross motor skills. As with all of our programs, the students have fun while learning. The teachers are reliable and always prepared with well-planned, age-appropriate lessons. They enjoy the children and welcome parents to observe at any time. The classes are structured, yet flexible to meet the needs of preschoolers thru primary students who need to have fun while learning.
