President, Founder


Gina began her training at the age of 8 with Dan & Company Studios of Tucker and Dunwoody.  For 15 years she performed as a principal dancer with the Atlanta Jazz Theatre under the direction of Dan and Ronda Youmans.  There, she studied with nationally renowned teachers and choreographers.  Gina also studied in New York under such notables as Charles Kelly, Frank Hatchet, Don Farnsworth, Patricia Dickenson, Luigi, and Phil Black.

Gina has achieved numerous and extensive professional credits beginning at the age of 14.  Her professional credits include: The Atlanta Jazz Theatre, Gwinnett Ballet Theatre, Cumming Ballet Company, Georgia Governor's Honors Dance Program, Athens Dance Academy, Lead dancer - 1981 Emmy Awards, Starlight Productions, Six Flags Over Georgia, TV commercials, and modeling.  North Carolina credits include The Ballet School of Charlotte, Gaston Dance Center, and Gaston Dance Theatre.

Gina operates her company and oversees several CMD Licensed Territories at over 400 on-site locations in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.  She is noted as a genius with her outstanding program for the young dancer throughout the Southeast.  Gina produced her first Ballet CD, "Ballerinas on the Move" in 2005.  She recently founded CMD's newest sports fitness program, Soccer Champs, and released another CMD program in 2009, titled Mother Goose for early movement.  In addition to instructional programs, CMD offers the convenience of purchasing dancewear online, specializing in small sizes for the young dancer.  She is also registered as a national recipient of the prestigious D.A.R. award.

Corporate Office Manager


Sally has been a key part of CMD for over a decade.  She began as bookkeeper, and because of her dedication, ability, versatility, and integrity, grew to become a great office manager, who can be relied upon to serve our customers and CMD well.

Sally is originally from Tennessee, and moved to Atlanta in 1974.  She is from a very large family of seven children who all participated in sports growing up.  Sally was a swimmer and diver throughout school and later coached a diving team.  She has worked in accounting and sales for over twenty-five years.  Sally has three children and resides in the Buford area.  She has a passion for all animals, and especially loves horses. As Corporate Office Manager, Sally is responsible for virtually all day to day operations of CMD.





Quality Control & Customer Care

Deanna served as an exemplary instructor for CMD, and proved her value as a true professional. Because of her hard work, and demonstrating that she truly cares about the students and parents, the locations we serve, and CMD, she now performs Quality Control for us. Deanna helps train new instructors, performs customer care visits, and audits classes to ensure that all students receive the quality training that CMD has provided for over 3 decades.

Deanna is a lifelong dancer and mother of two beautiful daughters. Her dance skills include tap, jazz, ballet, and musical theater, where her heart lies. Highly energetic with a love of teaching, she founded House of Talent Performing Arts School, and the Memphis Youth Ballet Company before moving on to Atlanta.

Deanna's choreography includes "Anything Goes" (St. Mary's High School – Memphis, TN) 2013; Co Dance, Tremaine Dance, and other dance competitions 2000-2013; Miss Memphis Pageant (Memphis, TN) 2007-2010; Mid-South Fair Youth Talent Contest (Memphis, TN) 2000-2013; House of Talent productions and recitals (Memphis, TN) 2007-2013; "Nutcracker" (Memphis Youth Ballet Company) 2010-2013;"Miss Collierville Pageant" (Collierville, TN) 2007-2010; and Olive Branch High School cheer squad (Olive Branch, MS).

Deanna has a degree in Marketing from the University of Memphis, and also enjoys costuming (design/embellishment/alterations), recital production (lineup, talent evaluation, sound, and lighting), and fitness.

After School Specialist

Keisha has become a very valuable asset for CMD.  She is not only an accomplished and degreed dancer, and wonderful with the children, but always exemplified the professionalism that CMD strives for. She has become an integral part of our training program.  Recognizing her talents, CMD has now entrusted her with creating the syllabus for our After School Program, for elementary schools.

Keisha Laren Clarke Gray is of Jamaican descent from Brooklyn, N. Y. She graduated from CalArts with a BFA in Dance, and is a Performing Artist, Choreographer and Instructor. She was Dance Captain/ Swing with The Lion King on Broadway and The National Tour. She toured worldwide w/ Garth Fagan Dance and Lula Washington Dance Theatre. Keisha's other training includes London Contemporary Dance School, Alvin Ailey American Dance Center and Gotta Dance Inc. She is the Director of Shine Your Light dance ministry. She thanks God, her Husband, her Mom and Dad, & family for all that she is. Proverbs 3:5-6 & Isaiah 60:1.
