tap-balletTap Ballet is a perfect combination class!  The class is divided with 20 minutes of tap, and 25 minutes of ballet.  Since ballet is the basis for all dance technique, the combination of tap and ballet work hand in hand.  The technical training is taught through ballet, which in turn helps teach the proper shifting of weight and patterns in movement for tap.

pre-balletOur Pre-Ballet class is a structured program designed for the early development of technical ballet and movement.  It precisely meets the needs and limitations of pre-schoolers by providing a carefully paced sequence of exercises to develop physical conditioning with poise and grace.

Since children naturally respond to music and movement, the activities are presented through music.  In the program, children learn self-discipline, listening skills, coordination skills, left and right discrimination, patterns in movement, and pre-ballet.  Top dance studios across the nation offer Creative Movement "Pre-Ballet" to enhance self-confidence and enthusiasm.

hip-hopHip-Hop is the most contemporary dance form, and is a very fast paced, athletic dance style.  The combinations taught in this class are age appropriate (G-rated).

This class develops the strength, flexibility, rhythm, leaps, turns, balance, combinations in the center, and safe body mechanics to dance confidently in a social atmosphere.  This style of dance is known for fast, athletic movements and body isolations, unlike the fluid movement of ballet.  Hip-Hop is extremely popular, and can be seen in commercials, music videos and concerts.

tap-ballet-jazzAn exciting dance class that offers a wide range of fun and upbeat movement!  In the program, children learn self discipline, listening skills, coordination skills, left and right skills, and patterns in movement, along with Ballet, Tap, and Jazz dance technique.  In this program, students will also be exposed to Broadway and fun 'popular' styles of dance.

jazz-balletJazz Ballet is an exciting dance class that offers a wide range of fun and upbeat movement!  Since children naturally respond to music and movement, all of the activities are presented through popular dance music.  In the program, the children learn class discipline, listening skills, coordination skills, left and right skills, patterns in movement, and basic jazz dance technique.  Since Ballet is the basis of most dance training, the students will also be introduced to several basic concepts of Ballet technique and vocabulary.  Also in the jazz program, students will be exposed to lyrical, Broadway, and fun 'œpopular'€ styles of dance.

summer-workshopSummer Sessions are 7-8 weeks long with one 45 minute class per week.  Standard Summer Session runs June - August. Some locations may differ with fewer weeks.

mini-campSummer Camps are 1 week long for 3 hours each day. Some locations may differ with 4 day, extended hours or fewer hours.
